Speaker:   Ahilan T. Arulanantham, Director of Immigrants' Rights and National Security at the ACLU of Southern California

Subject:  Detention without trial, in both the immigration and national security contexts

  Mr. Arulanantham will give an update on Gitmo, talk about his case involving a U.S. citizen who was detained at the behest of the U.S. in the UAE, and then talk about prolonged detention within the immigration system right here at home.
